Packages are shipped from our store located just north of Seattle, Washington
via UPS ground or USPS, on Tuesday to Friday only. We cannot ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or
Mondays, or outside of normal business hours (10am to 3pm Pacific Time Zone).
SHIPMENT METHODS: Keep in mind we are on the
Northwest coast of the United States
near Seattle,
so allow for appropriate shipment time. Also, if you choose PARCEL POST
or MEDIA MAIL, expect at least 2 weeks shipping regardless of
your location. UPS, US First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail are the
most reliable and predictable shipping methods. You will get an email with
shipment information when we ship.
PHONE: We prefer E-mail
correspondence through “ASK SELLER A QUESTION” tab. Do not send emails to
our regular email address. If you need to be contacted by phone, please leave your name,
phone number, and best time to call in a message through ‘Ask Seller a

RETURNS: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase in their original (as shipped) condition. The refund
