Shipping and Handling Fees = US Flat Rate is based on cheapest Canada Post rate to California. Canada Flat Rate is based on cheapest Canada Post rate to St. John’s NF. International Flat Rate based on cheapest Canada Post Air Rate to Australia. Posted flat rates are valid until DECEMBER 31, 2012. We no longer charge any additional handling fees. We automatically combine multiple purchases to lower overall shipping costs where possible.

Communication = As a buyer, you can expect to receive from us: 1) Invoice; 2) shipping notification with tracking number (if applicable); and 3) Packing Slip within shipment. We do not acknowledge receipt of Paypal Payments.
